Terms for using HerGPT.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and HerGPT. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

HerGPT is a general-purpose AI chat service designed with a women-first perspective and open to everyone. We may improve, change, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your password, and activity under your account. Do not share access or try to use another person's account. Stop using the account if you believe it has been compromised.

You keep any rights you already have in the messages you submit. You give HerGPT and its service providers permission to host, store, transmit, and process that content as needed to operate the chat, create replies, secure the service, enforce limits, and fulfill deletion requests.

Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information you are not prepared to have processed by a third-party AI service.

You are interacting with an AI system, not a human. Replies are generated automatically and can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. HerGPT does not understand or care in the human sense and does not form a personal relationship with you.

HerGPT is not a medical service, therapist, emergency service, lawyer, financial adviser, or breast-cancer adviser. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for health, safety, legal, financial, employment, or other consequential decisions. Verify important information with qualified people and reliable sources.

Automated safeguards may not catch every unsafe, inaccurate, or unsuitable reply. You remain responsible for how you use and verify AI-generated content.

You may not use HerGPT to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate harm;
• access another account, probe private data, or defeat authentication;
• attack, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service;
• evade rate limits or automate abusive volumes of requests; or
• misrepresent AI output as verified human or professional advice.

These rules govern use of the service; they are not a promise that every message is technically filtered before a model responds.

HerGPT depends on third-party account, hosting, network, and AI services. Capacity and availability can change without notice. HerGPT may apply account limits, including chat-start limits, and may suspend abusive or insecure use.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular model, reply quality, or permanent message retention.

HerGPT is evaluating a provisional research model—not a direct measurement—for a future comparison with frontier chat apps. Actual energy use may vary. The public preview stays in calibration and does not currently present personal savings, electricity, carbon, money, or completed support.

No Community progress, donation, fund, or company-funded support activity is active. A future program does not guarantee that a particular organization will receive support. Evidence, funding policy, authorized recipients, cadence, reconciliation, and consumer copy must be reviewed before any later support can be confirmed.

You may save or withdraw an account preference for a future in-app giving-program launch announcement. Saving it does not subscribe you to email, guarantee when the program will launch, create a donation, or affect chat access.

You can delete individual conversations in the chat interface. You can request whole-account deletion from the signed-in Account & data page. That request enters a manual queue; it is not completed automatically and does not send an email update. The Privacy Policy explains the scope and limits.

HerGPT may restrict or end access when reasonably needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a serious violation of these Terms.

HerGPT's software, branding, design, and service materials—excluding your content and third-party or open-source materials—are owned by or licensed to HerGPT.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that replies are correct or fit for a particular purpose. HerGPT is not responsible for decisions made solely from unverified AI output. These Terms do not waive rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

We may update these Terms as HerGPT changes. The updated version and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
